Payment
Payment must be received in full before artwork is shipped.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments.
Copyright
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright.
The artist retains all copyrights, including the right to:
- reproduce the artwork
- create prints
- publish images
- use the artwork for exhibitions, books, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes
The artwork may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.
